Custom School ERP, 9 Modules
One system covers fees, attendance, results, staff records, transport, library, and parent communication, built around the school’s exact needs.
Study School is a well-established Jaipur school with three branches and hundreds of students, from Nursery through Class 12, in both English and Hindi medium. As it grew, so did the fees, exams, buses, and parent communication to manage.
For Study School, we built two things side by side: a public website and a custom School ERP. The website covers all three branches, with admissions information, academics, a gallery, student achievements, and a faculty login. The ERP has 9 modules, from fee management and attendance to results, transport, and library. We shaped both around how the school already works, not the other way round.
The real drain wasn’t the software cost. It was the daily effort of making disconnected systems work, and teachers, office staff, and management all felt it.
Admissions, attendance, and fees lived in separate apps, so any mismatch meant staff reconciling records by hand every day.
Payments, receipts, and dues were tracked by hand or in disconnected tools, with no automated reminders and no audit trail.
Attendance lived on paper or in spreadsheets” to “Attendance often lived on paper or in spreadsheets.
Every exam cycle meant collating marks, calculating grades, and building report cards by hand, with no standard workflow.
Parents were messaged over WhatsApp, with no record of what was sent and no confirmation that anyone received it.
With no website or digital presence, parents had no way to find the school online.
The website and ERP were planned and built together, so both reflect the school’s identity, its structure, and the way its days actually run.
One system covers fees, attendance, results, staff records, transport, library, and parent communication, built around the school’s exact needs.
Fees and report cards are automated, attendance is centralised across branches, and everything runs on shared data behind one login.
Each campus gets its own pages, with English and Hindi streams easy to find, so parents can explore any branch.
Admission steps, prospectus, fee details, school rules, and the withdrawal process are all in one place for new parents.
Faculty and admin staff log in securely through the website itself, so there’s no separate URL to remember.
Here is how Study School’s daily work looked before the website and ERP, and how each part runs now that both are in place.
No professional digital presence for admissions, information, or parent communication
Full multi-branch website with admissions, academics, gallery, achievements, and faculty portal
Multiple tools for different tasks, none integrated, all requiring separate logins and data entry
Every function in a single system with shared data, one login, and role-based access for every user type
Fee collection tracked manually with no automated reminders, receipts, or consolidated reporting
Fee structures, payment tracking, receipts, dues alerts, and reports, all automated and interconnected
No centralized attendance record for students or staff across the three branches
Daily student and staff attendance across all branches, with monthly reports and parent alerts
Every exam cycle involved manual marks compilation and error-prone grade calculation
Marks entered once → grades calculated → report cards generated. The entire cycle automated
