Two years, built from scratch. We replaced Prime Builder’s Excel sheets and WhatsApp threads with one web platform shaped around their sites, vendors, and approval chains. Site staff log deliveries with photo and geo-tag proof. Management watches inventory live across locations, tracks invoices and dues, and approves dispatches and payments through audited, multi-level workflows.

Raise, track, and close purchase orders digitally. Payment history and delivery records stay linked to each order, ending disputes.
Geo-Tagged Material Receipt Verification
Every delivery is logged with a photo and automatic location tag. Management verifies timestamped receipts remotely, in real time.
