The challenge

Across the Caribbean and the US, transport operators and travellers were stuck with a patchwork of phone calls, spreadsheets and word-of-mouth. There was no single place to see what was running, what was available, or how to book it. The result was predictable: double-bookings, missed connections, manual admin and travellers left guessing.

TropicLink wanted to change that — to give operators a professional booking system and give travellers the confidence of real-time availability and reminders, all in one platform that could scale across regions and survive peak-season demand.

The solution

We partnered with TropicLink as a dedicated team and built a transport-booking platform from the ground up on a robust .NET and C# stack. At its core sits a real-time availability engine that keeps operators and travellers looking at the same live picture, so a seat booked in one place disappears everywhere else instantly.

Around that engine we built two tailored experiences — an operator portal for managing routes, schedules and capacity, and a traveller booking flow designed to be quick and reassuring on any device. Secure online payments and automated trip reminders close the loop, turning a manual process into a smooth, self-serve journey.
